Important Rural Statewide and National Partners

CCRP is a founding partner of the Rural Development Innovation Group (RDIG), which is hosted by the Northern Forest Center, U.S. Endowment for Forestry & Communities, and The Aspen Institute. This network of rural development practitioners, intermediaries and others have helped advance rural community and economic development through “wealth-building” approaches that add value to local assets, create jobs and build regional and local capacity to adapt to changing conditions.

For more information visit the Aspen Institute's website.

The Rural County Representatives of California (RCRC) is a thirty-five member county service organization that champions policies on behalf of California’s rural counties. The RCRC Board of Directors is comprised of a member of the Board of Supervisors from each of its thirty-five member counties. CCRP works closely with RCRC’s board and staff to promote issues that better the lives of rural people.

California Emerging Technology Fund (CETF) provides leadership statewide to close the "digital divide" by accelerating the deployment and adoption of broadband to unserved and underserved communities and populations. CCRP has worked closely with CETF on both regional and statewide broadband policy.
