Newly Released - Opportunity Youth and Postsecondary Pathways Reports
As part of CCRP's efforts to amplify the voices of Opportunity Youth in Del Norte and Tribal Lands (DNATL), Humboldt, and the North Coast Region, we present two essential reports. The first report focuses on data enhancement, addressing the rate of disconnection from school and work in DNATL for young people ages 16-24. The second report emphasizes postsecondary pathways available for Native American youth in our community.

Our monthly 'High Road Transition Collaborative' (HRTC) meetings are open to the public and take place every last Thursday of the month from 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 a.m. These monhtly gatherings on Zoom are a great way for us to share CERF updates, information and research with our communities, gather input, feedback, answer questions from the community, and highlight the amazing work that is being done in the Redwood Region RISE.

Newly Released - California's Rural North: Health Equity Landscape Scan
CCRP's new report California's Rural North: Health Equity Landscape Scan has been released. It covers CCRP's ongoing collaboration with the Rural Association of Northern California Health Officers (RANCHO) and provides a snapshot of where the 11-county region is at around topics related to health equity.
