Schuyler “Sky” Kirsch is a Research Analyst at the California Center for Rural Policy. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Economics from Cal State Fullerton and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Cal Poly Humboldt. Prior to working at the CCRP, Sky worked in financial services and taught economics at Cal Poly Humboldt and College of the Redwoods. At CCRP he is committed to leveraging technology to produce impactful and thought-provoking analyses and visualizations that enable informed and productive policy decisions.
