Redwood Region RISE: Announcing HRTC Launch Event: September 20th in Ukiah

After months of emails, online meetings and digital dialogue… We are thrilled to announce a hybrid Redwood Region RISE (Resilient, Inclusive Sustainable, Economy) High Road Transition Collaborative (HRTC) meeting!

This get-together will be the official launch of our Collaborative, and prepares us for the next part of our Planning Phase. To help us navigate our community outreach efforts, we are looking forward to a training, and much more. You can find the draft agenda here.

  • Who: Members from our Voting Block, Sector Tables, and Equity Council are welcome to join us in-person. All are welcome to engage via Zoom - please find the Google Calendar link here and the direct Zoom link here.

  • Location: 200 S School St, Ukiah (Ukiah Valley Conference Center)
  • Join via Zoom: We will set up video conferencing equipment for Zoom. Please also note we’re planning to hold our second in-person gathering in March of 2024, in Del Norte County.

Join Our Calendar Event for September 20th

Our upcoming in-person meeting on September 20th will (not coincidentally!) take place the day before the start of the two-day Annual Redwood Coast Region Economic Development Summit in the same building, organized by the Arcata Economic Development Corporation (AEDC): State of the Redwood Coast Region - Our Elemental Economy. Please note that the Economic Summit is open to all, and there are (a limited number of) scholarships available. Please complete this survey to apply for a scholarship.
