Redwood Region RISE Tribal Table Seeks Youth Leadership and Business Development Leaders

Tribal Table Launches Requests for Qualifications

Redwood Region RISE's Tribal Table Facilitator Northern California Indian Development Council, Inc. (NCIDC) invites eligible organizations to submit proposals in response to two competitive Request for Qualifications (RFQs) for Youth Leadership Development and Tribal Business Development for the period of May 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026.

Youth Leadership and Business Development Leaders

The first RFQ focuses on Youth Leadership Development, aiming to strengthen future Tribal leadership through professional development, creation of Youth Tribal Councils, development of organizational leadership plans with appropriate bylaws and policies, curriculum development, and connecting Tribal organizations with external resources. The second RFQ addresses Tribal Business Development, emphasizing professional development for staff and Tribal members, business and marketing plan creation, website and online marketing program development, appropriate bylaws and policies, curriculum development, and establishing connections with outside resources to support long-term business development initiatives. Both RFQs express a preference for comprehensive year-round programming that continuously provides the full range of services.
